Prices include 1 week rent, gas, electricity, water, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, set of sheets, bath towels, use of the fitted kitchen and all taxes. The apartment is delivered tidy and clean.

Minimum stay 3 nights from 27/4 to 30/6 and from 15/9 to 6/11, minimum stay 5 nights from 1/7 to 20/7 and from 1/9 to 14/9, minimum stay 7 nights from 20/7 to 31/8.
A deposit of € 150 per apartment will also be required upon arrival.
Dogs are accepted in the structure, without any kind of surcharge, upon notice of their presence.
